Terms and Conditions of Hire:

1. All bookings are subject to acceptance of these Conditions of Hire
    
2. Payment must be paid, in full, ten (30) days prior to hire date unless both parties have agreed other arrangements in writing.
    
3. Mustang Tours Margaret River reserve the right to abandon any booking/s, without refund of any deposits made, should total monies owed not have been received in accordance with the previous condition.
    
4. A $100 non-refundable deposit is to be paid at time of booking. Car and price quoted and accepted will not be secured until the deposit is paid. Refunds of deposits due to cancellation will only be made if the same vehicle is able to be re-booked for the same date and minimum value. A $50 handling fee applies to any refund.
    
5. Seat belts, where fitted must be worn at all times.
6. Any changes to venue, times or distance exceeding 30 kilometres may incur additional cost to the price quoted. Change of date or time cannot guarantee that the chosen car from the original date will be still available.
    
7. Latest possible drop-off time is required at time of booking - clients are advised to bear in mind possible traffic conditions, legal speed limits and photographer's choice of venue to allow plenty of time for accurate drop-off delivery at the booked time. Any overtime incurred due to time overrun must be paid in full on drop off at the rate of $30 per quarter-hour per car.
   
   
8. Maximum refund possible due to unforeseen circumstances shall not exceed the total amount quoted for the individual vehicle's day's hire rate.
    
9. In the event of accident, breakdown or act of force majeure, Mustang Tours Margaret River reserve the right to substitute an accredited wedding car to replace the original vehicle booked with no refund or additional charges to the customer.
    
10. Damage to any vehicles hired - either by the clients, family members, or guests - is the responsibility of the hirer.
     
11. Mustang Tours Margaret River will not accept responsibility for any goods left in vehicles.
     
12. Smoking of any substance is not permitted in any of the vehicles.In accordance with our Public Liability Insurance, no food or drink is permitted in the vehicles at any time.
